An Interactive Art Experience and a Classic NYC Diner

After getting stranded in Orlando, I made sure my next Frontier Boys flight was direct. And since my mom got to pick her favorite place, I let my dad choose his: Las Vegas.
I knew he’d last all of 60 seconds inside a traditional gallery or museum, so I decided to take him to Omega Mart - an interactive art experience curated by the art collective Meowolf.
We both had a blast, and were blown away at the scale of the exhibits. It was truly special to see my dad navigate through the never ending rooms as if he were 10 again.
Check it out above, it was something else in there.
Cheers.
Blake, a Frontier Boy
Following Blake’s trip to Sin City, the team linked up in NYC again — this time for a conversation with painter Adam Dressner at his neighborhood diner.
Over a plate of eggs, Adam spoke to us about growing up in New York, the value of chance encounters, and his non-traditional path to where he is now.
Just like the subjects he paints, Adam’s a multifaceted individual — it’s clear he can’t be put into a box. Both a Yale Law School graduate and self-taught artist, one thing is clear across the board: he’s a storyteller at heart who’s looking for an opportunity to express himself and connect with others. Oh, and the man loves eggs.
I mean LOVES.
